If you have not already registered for self-service password reset, please follow these instructions before proceeding.
To enable Multi-Factor Authentication, send an email to helpdesk@bccc.edu and request that multi-factor authentication (MFA) be enabled on your user account.
When you receive an email that notifies you that MFA is turned on, log on to office.com or outlook.office.com
and you will be prompted to use the 2nd factor (ie. smartphone authenticator app or a code from a text message) to approve your logon.
